H&M North America needed to hire tens of thousands of employees in only a couple of years. Unfortunately, at their current application rate, there was no way they could hit their goal. We were tasked with creating a recruitment campaign that would fix that.

Featuring real H&M employees talking about the real benefits of working for the company, we were able to shatter the expectations of what it means to work in retail. Using traditional and contextual out of home placements, as well as in-store signage, we were able to raise H&Ms average weekly applications from 200 to 20,000 in the first week of the campaign alone.
