After our Place of Possible campaign for H&M North America saw record growth in employment, H&M Global approached our team with a new problem. They needed a way to make sure that their company values weren't lost by new employees during all this growth.

To meet this need, we created the Explorer Kit which was shipped out to every store around the world and is used during the onboarding process for all new employees. Featuring posters for break rooms, a value calendar, activity postcards and a two-headed t-shirt, the kit is a one stop shop for teaching the values that make H&M such a great company to work for.
